 Lamman Rucker agreement:

Guest appearance services of Lamman Rucker have been requested by Chris Hester, Janky Joe, of B4 and After Entertainment on Friday, November 2, 2007. This is not a contract, just a formal document stating the guidelines to fulfill such request, with the notion that a contract will be drafted once all parties have overlooked and agreed to the terms.

• Half of the agreed fee of $3,000 (three thousand dollars) for such services must be rendered no later than Monday, Oct 22, 5 pm pacific standard time.

• Lamman Rucker & Publicist, Keith Underwood will be flown in to Houston, Texas for Los Angeles, California on Friday, Nov 2 with a return ticket purchased for Saturday, Nov 3.

• Flight and hotel reservations for Lamman & Keith will be made and paid for by B4 and After Ent.

• Ticket purchase and hotel reservations are asked to be made by Friday, October 26, 5pm pacific standard time.

• B4 and After Ent is asked to have details of appearances requested by Lamman before contract is drafted; any radio, dinner meet & greets, night life, etc should all be included. Final itinerary of events must be rendered no later than Wednesday, Oct 31, 5pm pacific standard time.
